Cyber Cell

         Cyber Cell is primarily focusing on online fraud, computer intrusions, online extortion, identity theft, and other Internet-facilitated crimes. District Cyber Cell assists Local Police in collecting digital evidence/digital data for the investigation of Cyber related crimes and other cases in which cyber assistance is needed. A large number of criminal cases are detected with the help of Cyber Cell by analyzing digital data. Cyber Cell is also investigating the Mobile Phone Lost Petitions.  This unit is functioning at District Police Office Complex, under the direct supervision of the District Police Chief.
